Organization Profile:

City Colleges of Chicago is a system of community colleges (one of the largest in the nation) made up of seven colleges and seven satellite sites located throughout the Chicago area.

Concept:

An extensive outreach campaign for the CCC District Office of Student Services, designed to communicate to a varied audience the educational opportunities, career preparation, and services provided by CCC.

Format:

• “Student Planner” with calendars, study tips, and organizational tools for each month
• “Road to Success” promotional brochure
• Poster for the community with informational tear-off cards
• “Congratulations” card with certificate and CCC info, mailed to graduating high school students

 

Results: CCC’s messaging was distributed broadly and effectively among the seven City Colleges and local community, providing current and prospective students with direct ways to take action and enroll at CCC.
